How it Works

Add products from the catalogue to your quotation by pressing the ‘Add to Quote’ button on each product page.

Submit quote request ensuring all fields are completed.

Once your quote is submitted, within 24 hours you will receive an official PDF quotation from info@curatby.com. Your quote will detail products, quantities, pricing and any customs and delivery charges. Within the same email of receiving your official quote you will find a ‘Complete your purchase’ button. Should you be happy with your quotation and wish to proceed to order you must press the button which will divert you to our store cart, here will display all products with delivery and custom charges.
If you require a modification to your quote please get in touch and we will happily make the required amendments for you.

Make payment.

Once your order has been paid you will receive an order confirmation email. We will then proceed to place orders with your requested required delivery date to the relevant manufacturers. Please note, any modifications after order placement must be made within 48 hours of receipt of order confirmation.

Each manufacturer will confirm your order with a lead time and expected delivery date. Should there be an extended lead time further to the requested date you submitted, you will be notified of this. Please note: Most products listed within the collections are made to order with a typical lead time of 8-10 weeks. In the current climate there is a global material shortage which has increased lead times, therefore please allow 12-14 weeks.

Your products will be collated at our hub storage facility.
One of our dedicated project managers will be in touch to book your delivery and installation.
At this point you must inform us of any access restrictions. We will provide you with a confirmed delivery and/or install date 1 week prior to install with a confirmed time slot.

Sign your delivery note upon receipt of goods.
