Information detailing lead times to give you an idea on when you should place and request your order.
The majority of products listed within the collections are made to order with a typical lead time of 8-10 weeks.
In the current climate there is a global material shortage which has increased lead times, therefore please allow 12-14 weeks.
Yes, we can supply furniture based on a quick turnaround requirement.

When placing an order it is important you take the maximum lead time of 14 weeks into considerations.
As a standard procedure your order will be delivered to our hub warehouse where products will be collated and delivered by our experienced delivery and installation team. Approximately within 1 week of order placement, you willl recieve confirmation of a confirmed delivery week.
The week before you are due to expect your delivery, our team will confirm the delivery date as well as book in your time slot.
Custom Charges
Due to the UK leaving the EU and most of our suppliers being based in the EU region, we are now faced with custom charges where products are being purchased from the EU and transported to the UK. The custom fee will be in addition to any delivery and installation costs
We work with a number of manufacturers who have their own charges however per manufacturer, a customs fee will be no more than £100.
Please note this is per manufacuter, therefore if you are purchasing several items from different suppliers there will be multiple custom charges. Official costs will be provided on your finalise quotation.
Delivery and Install
Aside from custom charges there will be a cost to deliver and install your product to your requested site address.
Delivery and Install costs vary and are based on the volume of your order and project requirements.
The cost to deliver and install will also include the manufacturer delivery costs to our hub warehouse which are charged to us. This can at times be FOC but can go up to approx £150.
Yes. You can choose to have delivery only and no installation. Please ensure you leave a comment in the additional information box of your quote submission form.
Your order will be delivered to a room of your choice and assembled by our experienced fitters. All packaging will be disposed of for you.
Installation will be within working hours of 09:00hrs - 17:00hrs.
If install is required out of these hours please put in a request, please note there may be an additional charge for an out of hours service.
Minimum Order Fee
Some of our manufacturers operate on a minimum order cost. If any, this cost will be included within the shipping cost.
The fee depends on the manufacturer of the products you select and can vary. The minimum order charge can start from £50 to £150 per manufacturer.
Please note some suppliers do not have a minimum order fee policy.
VAT
VAT is a sales tax and is added to the price of most goods and services sold in the UK.
The current rate of VAT is 20%.
